Kamen Rider Over

Kamen Rider Over is the second Dark Rider in my Kamen Rider Series, the reason why his gems are different is because his gems were manufactured by the Enemies to be the ultimate weapon thus they used a prototype class gem they stole along with the essence of a member of the 4 horseman to create a singular gem that can switch between the two forms, Over's name is a play on the Game Over screen when a hero would die, the owner is a human who was experimented on in a private research facility and grew a hatred for mankind, when an enemy had tried to feed off his emotions it was too much and it evolved to the main boss level way too fast thus the human was inducted into their army given the new driver and gem, his name was long since forgotten but was given the name Arkadia.

Villain Class:
"Boss Select! Villain! End The Game!"
Villain is the standard form to Over having the abilities to similar to all the others standard forms but into one body, his main weapon is a large sword that breaths a purple flame. In standard his skills are faster but strength is less, but he slowly raises his strength in this form by team killing, meaning he kills his allies to fuel his gem's abilities. When he defeats a hero he can steal that hero's class gem which he can use with his driver.
Villain Game Over! Bad End!: Similar to Quest and Killer's finales but the particles are purple and black, but once a hero is hit it's an insta defeat making them lose their gem instantly. When he uses it on an Enemy the destroyed enemy will dissolve into particles that fuels into his sword which will send a devastating slash in any direction he wants being three times as powerful as the kick meaning if it hits a hero 3 of his gems will be lost.

War Class:
"Boss Select! War! Start the War!""
War is the secondary form to Over being a blood red form that functions as the muscle instead of the speed and has a natural infinity to fire based abilities, when someone becomes angry War will strengthen in power, his weapon is the same sword as the Villain Class but breaths crimson flames, having the same strength as the Grim Reaper Class gained by the Death Enemy he is truly powerful.
War Game Over! Rage!: A finale that summons 3 past destroyed Enemies that powers Over with their own rage, when he is done charging he sends out a large crimson fiery slash that immediately defeats anyone hit.
